The last batch of samples prepared by your company was of great quality and we are really impressed with the work. We would like to send in new batches of samples for preparation, the first batch will be sent in this week and would contain 36 samples and the next batch consisting of 30 samples would be sent next week. Since our annual seminars are very near it would be very convenient for us if the samples are prepared fast like in 2 weeks time. That would give us enough time to prepare for our seminars.:
